A solid base for your pool
Once excavation is complete, the base is prepared to provide uniform support for the pool.
The bottom is first precisely levelled, followed by the installation of a stable foundation of ½-inch clean stone. A geotextile membrane is placed underneath to separate the stone from the soil. This base helps ensure the stability of the pool and prevents settling.
After the inground pool is installed, backfilling is carried out with care. This step is sometimes overlooked, but it is crucial to the longevity of the installation.
½-inch clean crushed stone is gradually installed around the pool in successive layers while the water level in the pool is raised. This method provides effective drainage and facilitates landscaping around the pool.
